1. Who we are

MonsterCloud Technologies, Inc. (“MonsterCloud”) provides an AI gateway, content and SEO platform. For customer data processed through our services we act as a processor; for website visitors and account holders we act as a controller.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, billing details.
• Usage data: request metadata, feature usage, device and log information.
• Customer content: prompts, outputs and documents you submit, processed only to provide the service.

3. How we use it

To operate and secure the service, provide support, bill you and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal data and do not use customer content to train models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the subprocessors listed in our trust center, under written agreements, or when legally required.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for the life of your account plus 90 days. Request logs follow your workspace retention setting (default 30 days).

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data. Turkish residents also have rights under KVKK — see our KVKK notice.
