Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using MonsterCloud you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
MonsterCloud provides access to third-party AI models through our Gateway, and tools for creating and optimizing content. Third-party model use is also subject to the respective provider’s usage policies.
3. Customer content
You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. Processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement (see DPA).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, generate malware, or circumvent model provider safeguards.
5. Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance as described on our pricing page. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears.
6. Availability
Service levels are defined in your order form. Current status is published at status.
7. Liability
Except for breaches of confidentiality or indemnity obligations, each party’s liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
